Staff Therapy Service

Help your staff back to work with the Therapy they need in Belfast.

It’s never been more important to be aware of employee Mental Health after so much disruption and isolating remote working.

No matter what the reason for requiring help, our experienced and highly qualified team of Therapists can help your staff remain in or return to work.

Providing your staff with access to Therapy can lead to:

Improved Productivity

Improved Performance

Improved Morale

Reduced Absenteeism

Reduced Staff Turnover

Reduced Costs

Helping your colleagues access Therapy can be a sensitive process.

Where an HR Specialist or Line Manager is aware of the difficulties a colleague is experiencing, they can be referred to us when they are ready to access Therapy. All details of the Therapy process will be kept confidential.

Alternatively, your colleague may want their access to Therapy kept completely confidential. In this case, once set-up as a client, you can make your colleagues aware of the availability of the service. They can then access the service, independent of Management.
