Impossible Mental Health is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Practice based in Belfast.

We are passionate about breaking down the stigma around Mental Health treatments and delivering the highest possible standard of care.

We help, individuals, couples, children (7+) and specialise in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

All of our Therapists are fully accredited with the BABCP.

Our growing team of Therapists is led by Deborah Nelson.

Deborah is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, as well as a Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Forensic Mental Healthcare.

Deborah’s 20 years’ experience working in acute mental health, brain injury, community mental health, forensic and prison mental health provides a foundation from which to understand each client’s needs.

We operate from new, purpose-built Therapy Rooms in South Belfast.

We have five quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms including one fully accessible room.

Our facility also includes a large training/group therapy space.

There are 8 free, dedicated on-site parking spaces and convenient public transport links.
